How do I start my free trial?
Open the app, tap Upgrade, and choose a plan. Your 7-day free trial begins right away — you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PrayerSeed. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions. From there you can change or cancel your plan.
I already paid — how do I restore my purchase?
In the app, open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used to subscribe.
How many prayers and stories do I get for free?
Free accounts include daily prayers and 3 personalised stories per month. PrayerSeed+ unlocks unlimited prayers and stories, all Bible translations, family and milestone prayers, audio narration and more.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes your account, your children's profiles, and all prayers and stories. You can also export your data first from Settings → Export My Data.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect and how it's protected.
