These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrayerSeed mobile application (the "App"), operated by Olayemi Michael Awoeyo ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The service
PrayerSeed provides personalised, AI-generated prayers and faith-based stories for parents and guardians to use with their children, along with related features such as reminders, journaling and home-screen widgets.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- PrayerSeed offers a free tier and an auto-renewing premium subscription, PrayerSeed+, available monthly or annually.
- A free trial may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will renew at the stated price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Prices may change; we will give notice where required. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, using it unlawfully, or generating content that is harmful, abusive or infringing.
5. Content & intellectual property
The App, its design and its underlying technology are owned by us and protected by law. Prayers and stories generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial family use. You retain responsibility for the details you enter.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
